The rug hooking retreat starts at 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the West Lot.

All meals and snacks will be provided starting with dinner on Friday and ending with breakfast on Tuesday. This is a great time to get away, you can hook, shop and relax and eat some outstanding food. No schedule except for meals and workshops, and the workshops are optional. You are free to set your own schedule if you like. We will have several vendors set up for the retreat and they will be offering lots of wool, patterns and also a workshop or two. (workshops will be published closer to the retreat)

Registration fee is $410.00, which includes all your meals , snacks , lectures, workshops and Shaker Village tour tickets (kits & materials will be extra).

Nestled in the rolling hills of Kentucky’s famed Bluegrass region this is such a beautiful area to see. We had so much fun last year sitting by the fire at night and hooking the night away. You will stay in houses around the village, all rooms in the West Lot house where the hooking room in are full but you can drive to the West Lot where the hooking room is.
